Parking

The meeting rooms have limited on-site parking during surgery hours when priority parking is given to patients. The car park may be used by visitors with disabilities and for dropping off / collection.

All users of the meetings rooms are asked to use the nearby long stay car-park located on Penalverne Drive. 

Access

All our meeting rooms are located on the first floor with separate entrance and immediate lift access if required.

Facilities

The meeting rooms have separate toilet facilities and small store area and separate patient toilet. Hirers are welcome to use the staff lounge and kitchen facilities on the first floor.

Additional facilities such as printing & copying are available – please enquire at the time of booking.

Catering

All room hire includes provision of teas, coffee, water etc, to be requested prior to the booking date.

While we do not offer any catering we’re happy to receive food from external caterers. Deliveries can be made via the side entrance directly to the meeting rooms or stored in the kitchen area.

Bookings

To book, please complete our enquiry form and we will respond to discuss your requirements at the earliest time. We will then issue a completed booking form with terms of hire to you, for signature and return.
